One of the key things to know about Greta Aguirre is that she raises every plant she uses in her skincare line herself, from seed. She literally has her hands on her products at every step.
The care shows.
Her products are gentle, effective and beautiful. Hydrosols are one of Greta's favorite things, so we're happy to feature the Lemon Balm & Rosemary version here.
Hydrosols, also called "hydrolates", "essential waters", or "plant waters" are solutions of distilled plant material. They are water-based medicine, full of antioxidants that help protect from environmental pollutants, restore PH balance and tone, and fortify the skin with nutrients and deep hydration. Hydrosols are safe and potent treatments for all manners of skin issues, with an added element of natural magic.
Greta produces small-batch, fresh-plant, low-temperature hydrosols in copper alembic stills to ensure the safe transfer of each plant's aromatic and therapeutic properties. In addition to each of her hydrosols specific topical benefits, she believes the essential waters remember the innate intelligence of the plants into all matter of dark crevices, delivering lost light to the soul!
Use them whenever you like to enjoy the gentle goodness hydrosols bring to Body, Mind, and Spirit!
Lemon Balm & Rosemary Hydrosol
This blend of two powerful plants has a citrusy yet woodsy, herbaceous aroma. Lemon balm calms the body while Rosemary clarifies and uplifts the mind. This combination brightens all complexions while it mellows irritation, rash, and eczema.
Ingredients: Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) Hydrosol.
Directions: Use as often as desired to refresh, tone, and hydrate. When using during skincare routine it's best to use hydrosol after cleansing and before applying serum. This step helps maximize the benefits for both the hydrosol and the serum.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain quality and preserve potency.
